Board members of the Ann Hsu Memorial Fund and the Animal Welfare Association of New Jersey will dedicate the new Community Cat Room in memory of Chia Yen “Ann” Hsu (pronounced ‘sue’) on Saturday, April 16. The Community Cat Room was made possible through a gift of $10,000 from the Ann Hsu Memorial Fund.
